The heart of the culinary offer is the à la carte restaurant “Bündner Stube”, where traditional Engadine specialties meet modern culinary art. Under the direction of our chef, regional delicacies such as Bündnerfleisch, Rösti, Capuns, Samnaun mountain cheese and the famous Engadine nut cake are served.
The hotel bar and the Cheminée Lounge invite you to linger, with a selection of drinks ranging from classic cocktails to local spirits. It is the ideal place to end the day or relax after a day on the slopes or hiking trails.
For guests in our gourmet hotel in Switzerland who opt for half board, dinner is a highlight. A 5-course menu in winter (4-course in summer) with meat, fish or vegetarian main courses leaves no culinary wish unfulfilled. Each dish is a reflection of the regional cuisine and is prepared with the greatest care and attention to detail.
